my first egg! But what should i do about feed??

so I'm new to raising chickens. I have 9. 2 look ready to start laying and finally one of them layed her first egg!! Sooooo exciting!! My question is 2 look like they are ready so I know they should be switched to layer feed but the rest of the flock isn't there yet....so is it better to feed the whole flock layer feed or keep my laying hens on chick to adult medicated feed?

Why not feed a grower or all flock ration with oyster shell on the side ?

Layer feed is fine, as is continuing with chick starter and offering oyster shell. I like Purina Flock Raiser and oyster shell as mentioned above.
