Hi, just got my first egg this morning, then went out after lunch and there were 2 more, this is so cool, I have 3NH. Hens and a RIR Rooster, can any one answer a question, can I eat these eggs or not, I have not put them in the frig yet, please text and let me know what steps I have to follow. Thanks All Kevin

Glad you could join the flock! Congratulations on your first eggs :celebrate It really is great to find those little treasures and it never gets boring. Don't waste your eggs you can eat them no problem at all. I don't stare mine in the fridge they are just in the side at room temp and are fine. The shell keeps the contents fine to eat.
