My first Incubation went wrong on the first night!

I set my first bunch of eggs last night, got up this morning to find the temperature up at 115 F. Is the fertility compromised? Are my first babies dead?

I'd say to candle them. Not really an expert on fertility rates so I don't know what to tell ya...sorry.

Chicks can survive high temp. spikes, but 115°… It comes down to how long it was high. Give them a few days and candle to see if any survived that.
