My first time here and I want to get involved

My name is Jim and I have just bought an incubator and have hatched my first baby chicks from my own eggs they came out half white and half of them are bared I think they are sex linked. But I don’t know how to be sure about it. My hens were Isa Browns and the row was a Buttercup.
