My Flock & Pumpkins

My husband broke up some pumpkins today in the yard and my chickens went nuts over them. I guess they love the seeds.

Seems some chickens love them and other ignore them. Glad yours loved them.

I had 5 Wyandottes that LOVED pumpkin, they'd eat it down to the skin. Now I have 4 BOs that will eat ONLY the seeds, won't eat the "meat".

It's a good way to "recycle" the pumpkins! Glad your girls enjoyed them
