My Forever Flock :)

This is my favorite Christmas gift ever...from my 11 year old daughter. She made them out of Sculpey clay. I cried when I opened the box!



Left to right we have Cornelia, our Golden Comet...Nellie, our RIR, Raven, our BR, Buttercup, our Buff Orpington, and Chipmunk, our Speckled Sussex who turned out to be a roo...we had to re-home him, but now we will have him with us in our Forever Flock!

I really need ideas from all of the talented crafters here! How can I best display my flock so that our cat doesn't get them??? She is very interested in them...she figures she can't play with the real chickens, maybe she can play with these! NO WAY!!

I found a small knic-knack cabinet that mounted on the wall to put my ducks sculptures in. it worked perfectly. Has doors on the front with glass windows.

Good idea, Bleenie. Maybe I can find something like that. I'd like to be able to see and enjoy them, but want to keep them safe, too.
