Okay here are some pics of my Texas A&M that I believe to me a frizzled. I have no other way of explaining this feathering. The bird is 100% healthy and my other A&M the same age looks nothing like this one.

I would wait until it's in full adult plumage to determine what's up it does look fluffier than normal but not curly (the actual quills have to curl and I don't see that on this bird) it looks like it's feather parts are spread out which looks like it's cold all the time
