So, this morning, it was lightly raining. My rabbit, Sophie, was outside in her run, just laying in the rain, like "a little rain doesn't bother me!"

Then, the thunderstorm rolled in. It started raining very heavily. She immediately ran into her hutch, as if she was saying, "okay, maybe it does bother me."

This isn't the first time she's done something funny. Some days she runs up to me like she wants me to pet her. Other days, she's like "don't touch me."

She can be quite funny sometimes.

Now, this is what I was talking about. I have no idea why she's sitting on top of her hutch. She can be so funny!

In my opinion, she's not being funny, she's being a bunny! Literally!!! We should allow everyone to have their bad days. Be the person you wish you had on your bad days. Same applies for our animals!

Is there netting over her run and hutch?

Actually, there is not. I've been meaning to put some up, but I haven't had time. I have to find time to do that, especially after the bald eagle incident.

For those that don't know, Memorial Day weekend this year, I had a bald eagle circling my house. He was probably interested in the Run.

My rabbit is really smart. Whenever there's a hawk or a Raptor circling, she always runs inside her hutch. We have ospreys, red-tailed Hawks, swainson's Hawks, and on occasion American kestrels. She always knows when to run somehow.

She's also pretty tough. She killed a stray cat once.

Regardless, I should get that run covered soon.

Yeah, you should. Thanks for the info. :)
