my girls are getting Pink in their combs

hi everyone.. my girls are getting pink in their combs and wattles.. is this the first sign of getting ready to lay? they were hatched out aprox march 15th.

Yes, but you still have a ways to go for most breeds. You'll notice the pink turn in to bright red. The comb and wattles grow. Two weeks or so before they lay, you'll notice them squat submissively if you go to pet them. Mine are in the just about ready to lay phase, and they have a bit of that teenager attitude, too.
