Everyone is so GREAT for all the replies.

I think I may need to add her a new roosting area since there is only one available in the coop.

Also, I love the idea for a Hiding place! I will keep my eyes out for what I could use.... any suggestions to this?

I checked on my girl, she might be completely def now, she did not even hear me come up and say "Hi pretty girl". I gave her quite a start. Poor baby.

I am keeping the wound clean and using Neosporin, I do not think Flies have bothered it, so that is a good thing.

There's a horse med called SWAT. It feels like vaseline, and mine is hot pink, but I do believe they have a colorless one as well. It keeps flies away from wounds, as well as helps to heal them.
