My Girls feet (What can you tell from this pic?)

Can you see how deformed her feet are? Is there anything I can do for her? She isnt laying, but she is a sweet thing.

ok, Ill try to get much better pics. I purchased her grown at the feed store, without seeing the feet. My hubby got her home and its been a month and 1 tiny yolkless egg...and none since. Two weeks and not a sign of another egg. Her feet are a mess. I dont know what to do.
