My hen cant stand/walk

I have a Lohman brown hen that can't stand or walk I found her yesterday in the corner of their water tank I thought she was egg bound but im not so sure now, I took her a bath and dried her off to put back in the coop and all the other hens started attacking her and she stayed in one of their nesting boxes till today she was found again by the water tank not moving and in a ball like form what could this be ?

She looks ill. How old is she, and has she laid eggs recently? Is her tail position down? What do her poops look like? Have you added any new birds to your flock in recent months? Can you insert a clean finger into her vent to feel for an egg? Try to get her drinking some fluids with electrolytes, gatorade, or sugar water.

Shes a year and no I thought she could be eggbound I did everything that could get her to lay an egg but this was just recently just yesterday I noticed it I've been giving her water with a dropper because she doesn't want to eat or drink her tail is positioned down but it's like she's trying to push but just falls back and we have not had any new hens introduced into the coop.
