My hen has bumps and scans on her comb and face

Hello, so one of my hens has started to act a little strange for a little while now, she would puff up, act aggressive and almost like if she was broody but she had hatched baby chicks which I took them in with me as it wasn’t very safe for her to have them as they are range free chickens. Because they are range free, I hadn’t seen her very up close until today and I saw she had bumps and scab like bruises on her comb and eyes! I wondering what she could have. She’s eating and drinking well and walking normally. All my other chickens seem fine as well!
