My hen is acting very sluggish

I noticed my hen was just standing in a patch of grass and looked like she was sleeping. She is usually pretty active but today she has been sleeping a lot and I put some scratch out and she barely pecked it before laying back down again. I am getting worried about her. Any suggestions?

Her comb and wattles almost appear cyanotic. Hopefully she is not dealing with cardiac or respiratory issues. By any chance is she a Cornish X?

I am not sure of her breed. She is about 3 years old and was given to me to live in retirement. Although she still lays. She does not seem to having trouble breathing but she is not eating. I thought maybe she was a leghorn.
