A thick set of gloves and nerves of steel.

There really is no other way to break a determined broody. If you don’t want her to hatch it’s best to break her sooner rather then later.
You may need a broody breaker. A cage in the coop to separate her in with her own food and water but no bedding.

Just curious. Do you not want to give her fertile eggs because you don't want anymore chicks at all or just don't want to risk getting cockerels?

Yep - as FlyingNun said, you'll have to take her off the nest and remove the eggs. Leather gloves and long sleeves can be your friend. You can take her off the nest several times daily, or lock her out of the coop some how, or use a broody buster cage. But it is better to break her than to let her set if she's not going to hatch any eggs.

I also recommend the cage, especially if she has an aggressive attitude. If you can get a towel around her, it might help you move her without anyone getting hurt. Make sure her head is covered so she can't see what you're doing.
