I have a Salmon Faverolle pullet who won't stop picking 3 of my other pullets. I have tried giving them more space, food, and I even applied Blu-Kote but it isn't working. Every time she goes near the 3 EEs she rips their feathers out and eats them. No other bird is doing this. I am trying to get rid of her, but having no luck. I need help!!!

I would isolate her away from the flock for about a week. Hopefully this will lower her in the pecking order.

Blu-Kote is not a picking preventative, but you could find one online. Eating feathers could also be a protein deficiency, but this is unlikely.

Isolate her. Keep her where the other girls can't see her and she can't see them. Add her back after a couple days, maybe a week or so. When you add her back she will be the "new girl" and probably will stop picking on them. If it doesn't work, try isolating her for longer. At some point they should forget her and she will be low girl on the totem pole.

I may isolate her, but I need to get rid if her in the first place. We have her in a seperate pen right now, and I might have someone interested in taking her.

Well, getting rid of her is definitely the easiest solution. Isolating her is just what I would do if I didn't want to/couldn't get rid of her.
