My hen isn't broody at all!

My chicken lays an egg and then just walks off after about one hour of sitting on it. None of my other hens try to fill in for her and they all do it too. My chickens are about one year old. Is something wrong with them?

What breed?? Most breeds of chickens (egg production birds) have had broodiness bred out of them... And even some breeds that go broody arent going to be broody after every eggs... Its a when they want to type of thing
