My hen laid this. Is something wrong?

Is it solid inside, or is it egg? Is the hen a pullet? Hens can lay some funny shells their pullet year, this looks like an egg that just formed a little funny. If it is solid inside, that is a different story.

It is liquid inside and hardly has a shell at all. She is a hen- not a pullet- and this is the second one of these she has laid
