My hen seems to be having seizures

My sweet 24 week old Delaware hen seems to be having seizures. We found her weak and listless in the run this afternoon. So we brought her in to watch her. A couple hours later my daughter came to check on her and said she suddenly started flapping around and then she fell over and wasn’t moving at all but her eyes were open and she was breathing okay.
After about 20 minutes she was perking up and back on her feet. I came down to feed her and she started running in circles to the left and fell over again.
She has now perked up again but her right wing is droopy. Help please!!!

How is she this morning?
I have no idea what is going on. My first thoughts were seizures and stroke.

She does sound like she is showing signs of some sort of neurological disease, whether it is from seizures, a type of wry neck that causes running in circles or walking backward, or something more sinister. Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? The droopy wing could be a sign of Mareks disease. I would watch to make sure that she is not being bullied or attacked by the other chickens. When one chicken shows any strange symptoms, the others may attack them. You may want to separate her in a wire dog crate with secured food and water, but in the coop or run with her flock for company. Vitamin E400 IU daily with a small amount of cooked egg that supplies selenium to help the E. Hopefully, it is not Mareks, but here is some reading about the disease:

She is up and at em this morning. She is quiet but twitchy style movements. She does have watery stool (which she didn’t have yesterday).

What do you feed? Is she normally in good health?

Layer crumble and we also use scratch and mealworms. My whole flock has been very healthy until now. I am so worried about Marek’s at this point. They were vaccinated. If any of you think that dietary supplements would help at this point I am headed now to the farm store. (She did eat scrambled egg so her eating is okay).

That is good they were vaccinated. The vaccine is not 100% effective, but that may be better evidence that she has a neuological problem or seizures. Could she have eaten something that has caused the symptoms? Or suffered a head injury? I would probably just relax and observe her for improvement or worsening symptoms.

She had another episode just now and is flopped over and it is taking a bit to regain her strength. She also now has watery eyes.

Do you have any pictures? Could she be showing signs of a respiratory infection? Do you see any bubbles in her eyes?

No pics right now. My son was home with her. The convulsions seem to be when she get startled and he said it looked like she was crying, no bubbles.
