my hens are 12 weeks old

is it ok to switch them now to durmor 16% layer feed?

I think on the bag it says to start on durmor 16% layer feed at 18 weeks, and the should start laying at about 20 weeks.

12 weeks they are still too young..pullets..personally I would wait till they are 20 weeks to switch them over. There is no gaurantee that they are going to lay right at 20 weeks anyway.
