my hens are not getting along

We have 5 hens that we got back in March... all of the sudden two are not getting along with one.... what should we do? She will hide under the coop-- if they see her they go attack her... I have them separate now... before today they always got along.... is this normal?

thats what I am doing.... I am hoping this works itself out...there is no blood...and yesterday they were getting along fine...so maybe its just a pecking order thing?
