My hens eggs didnt hatch, what do i do now?

I'd like to put them back in the flock but they have been in a brooder for 4 weeks. Will they just go back to normal if I remove them from the eggs and put them back in the coop?

Your broody hens have been separated for 4 weeks but now you want to put the hens back? You might want to keep them on either side of a fence for a week or two, so everyone can see each other and get used to each other again.
