MY HENs TAIL IS DOWN

Hello !

I do have Wyandottes.
One of them, our SILVER has since a few days her tail down.
I must say she is 8.5 years old .
She is still alerted and lively and always comes for food (prefers soft food) and she is drinking.
Her eyes are clear, she is going quiet normal up and down the coop leader.
Like to be surrounded from 2 other hens.
Is it only the end is close or can be something else ?
