My Hens were attacked by a dog and now one is missing

Hello. Today I was inside when my sister shouted telling me a dog had just left our back garden, one from a neighbours hous. i went outside and found 2 of my 4 hens okay and uninjured. one was badly injureed with bad wounds but i hope she can live. my last hen was nowhere to be seen. i dont think she is dead because the dog was in a position to kill the hen i mentioned earlier but didnt, the dog probably only thought it was playing. anyway i searched everywhere and cant find her, what should i do. she was a small little peekan and i really miss her.

Keep looking for the Bird and train the dog to not chase Chickens....

Sorry for your troubles.

Your missing bird may come back....or not....only time will tell.

Keep your birds in a secure enclosure as you can't control the neighbors dog.

thanks and in the end she came back and the other made a full recovery so i am very happy
