My hens won't molt

I've got 14 hens. All of the older hens except my Rhode Island Reds molted last fall (they are the same age as the older girls). My RIRs still refuse to molt and they look absolutely horrible. Besides that they are perfectly normal - eating, pooping, laying, etc. Is there anything I can do to help them start molting? Thanks!

I have no idea and I have.the same problem.with one of my hens she refuses to molt
