Heres the new coop that my dad and I built late last summer early fall. It is 12x20 with a separate storage area and shelving/counter

very nice, If you raise those water containers to chicken back height they won't spill as much. Also, your cross for your water chains is higher than your roosts so the chickens use them as perches and get bird poop in your water. raise the cross to ceiling height and make the chains longer. Just my two bits worth. I love the size. Definite coop size envy. Good luck, Steve
