My injured chicken is having odd behavior (shaking head and opening mouth)

My favorolle pullet (now 4 months old) lost her wing as a chick but survived. She has balance issues and prefers to bed down with my ducks over my chickens in the coop. She somehow got stuck in a corner of the enclosure with one foot outside in freezing Temperatures on the 5th over night. We found her with frostbite on one leg, very cold and brought her in and warmed her up and put Vaseline on her frostbite. She has begun healing nicely and started to stand for short periods of time, eating and drinking well. The problem is she has started shaking her head constantly and opening her mouth off and on . She also has made growling noises off and on. I am unsure of what this can be, any ideas what it is and how to treat?

Do you have any pictures of her and your setup? Is she eating chick starter grower as her primary feed, and is she drinking well? Some electrolyte/vitamin tonic, such as Poultry NutriDrench 2 ml daily for a few days might be helpful. Vaseline can freeze and actually make frostbite worse.

If she is shaking her head, does she seem to have any nasal or eye drainage or bubbles? Is she gasping for air?

Well I apologize for not responding sooner, I could not post due to my rural internet, I think. She is doing much better and back out in the coop. We will be ensuring she gets in the coop in a safe area every night from now on. Thank you for your reply. Sorry about the pics they were from when I was trying to post the other day.
