Here is my latest coupe...took me about 3 days and 150.00

I think it will be snake proof...I hope...I have killed 15 chicken snakes and 1 rattler in the last two months!!!

I haven't had any snake issues yet. We have all sorts here in SW FL. Is it the poisonous ones to watch for or any?

Well, our eggs are up to about $100 a dozen (well, they will be when they start laying, any day now) so we can re-coop the money we spent building a new coop!!! No pun intended!

I think he is kidding, it's more chicken math I saw an egg on ebay once, just a garden variety brown egg, listed for $700.00
It was so funny, she listed all the expenses she'd incurred up to the first egg. She was right... but we don't really think that way do we?

Yep, I lost track of the actual amount but we refer to our eggs as the $500 eggs.
