My leghorns face changes color

Sometimes my girls have bright almost completely red faces and sometimes they are super pale. They are 15 weeks old. Today i noticed the color change in seconds! Stella was nice and red and i picked her up and she was happy in my arms as i pet her and i noticed she wasn’t red anymore! These pictures were taken in the same week but different days. Is this normal or should i be worried?

It's a blood pressure thing, if they're calm it will be pale, if they're upset or happy it will be red.
