Okay well they are sure getting going now! Ive been poking around here a bit and I wanted to share pictures and get the thoughts of fellow chicken Mums and pops 
I had gotten 4 older hens, clearly hens and we decided we wanted some more so we bought 7 more form a gentlemen selling them. I am thinking I got 4 roos out of 7 chicks..my reds are ovious and I have a red hen she is much smaller and looks quite different from the males..I also have 2 americaunas..or thats what he thought..I am thinking they are roos, they are much bigger then the hens Ive positivly identified thus far and theit tailfeathers seem to be getting longer like my definite red males...any help? They are beautiful roos The multicolored one is an eye catcher, the white one has multicolors on the tips of his feathers....They are soooo pretty! But I have way too small a space for 4 roos...I had planned about 10 hens and 1 roo which is the big red one in the last picture, his name is RJ...If they are roos I sure hope I can find them homes being to handsome...I'm afraid they will fight in the space I have available for them.
