hey all, pretty new to chickens but love the birds especially the games. I'm just a chicken loving stoner trying to show my little flock to the world. Nothing better than waking up at 6 am smoking a bowl and tending to my chickens. I can watch them for hours just enjoying how they interact with each other. Plus the fam loves em too including my 5 month old blue nose pit.
this is my giro/ hatch, pretty new to the flock but he's a giant.
this is serana (my daughter named her), she just got over loosing all her eggs to rain. a little feisty but you gotta love her enthusiasm. she runs the place.
this is big papa, serana's roo. the 1st bird i got. Both serana and big papa were bought from a live poultry place here in east los.
my general. rescued him from the streets and now he regulates all of them.
my little giro/ roundhead. from a pet store. my youngest but she's almost ready for the general. the sweetest and shyest of em all. poor girl is at the bottom of the order but she'll climb up when she gets to full size,
my white hackle, the general's girl. from the same store but i think she is part bantam cause she;s small but bigger than a bantam. she likes to hide her eggs from me but at least i get one a day.
my hatch hen, belongs to the giro and is faithful. from the same store. she's second in commmand and lets them know it. only laid one egg about 3 weeks ago and havent seen one since.
