Hey guys... Long time lover first time poster ;)

This morning I noticed one of my girls wheezing loudly(16wk Pekin bantam) - she didn't come have toast with the other girls but that's fairly normal for her .
She did a couple sneezes this morning- after one she did some head shakes that went for about 2-3 seconds although it felt like a life time.

I have a feeling it's a cold and have given antibiotics followed by 4 mealworms which she was happy about.
I would love any help or advise.

thanks :)

Well, welcome to the flock!

Antibiotics should be given at the proper dose for 5 to 7 days depending on what you are giving. you should isolate her from the flock during this time but watch others for symptoms. Chickens don't really get colds, they get respiratory infections/diseases, most of which are easily spread from bird to bird.
