We're expecting five crias this summer and hoping for at least three boys!

Hoping for boys! Geez we are hoping for girls! (Well unless my one female is pregnant, then we want a boy. The breeder we bought her from bred her once before we bought her. She isn't not looking like she is but who knows we had a blood test run but she was a .53mg! (Llama's progesterone can sustain pregnancy at .5-4.0mg and a normal non-pregnant llama can range from 0-.5mg so she is very borderline!)

Mimouche has discharge so if things progress normally we will have a baby in 2 hours or less!

I got my llamas specifically to breed and raise the male crias for packing and then to sell them. I've had seven crias thus far and ALL of them have been girls! I know that's what most people pray for... but I want the boys as a male pack string is the more common way to pack.

No cria yet! I do know that a male pack string is more common but I hope you know that females are just as good (If not better as they don't have the terratroial thing that the boys do.)
