How old are they? Are they able to be outside of the brooder yet? I can't tell if they're fully feathered. It definitely looks like that eye is injured. It could be a peck from another bird if they are with others, a sting if they are outside already, or possibly an irritant in the eye. I would see if you can gently open the eye and look for any foreign debris in there and if so, flush out the eye with saline or if you have to, water, and give the little guy some baby aspirin and see how the swelling is in the morning. You can also put some ointment or vaseline on there. As for both sneezing, again, if they are new to the outdoors they may have picked something up. How are their poops? Are they eating, drinking and pooing normal? Did they have medicated feed? Poor babies, I hope they feel better soon!
