I have a young mille fleur bantam cochin hen that I'm hoping to trade for a hen that lays a bright blue or dark olive/moss egg. If you don't want to trade, I will buy!!!!
She'll be 1 year old this summer and would like to trade her for a hen of the same age. She lays a small, lightly-tinted egg. On average, she'll give me 5/wk, except of course, when she's been broody.
I also have her half-sister, who is black with the red/orange feathers on her neck. She lays a light brown, medium-sized egg. Their father was a mille fleur cochin. They had different mothers, one was blue, the other mille fleur.
