My Muscovy Has Spit in His Eye (or something)

My Muscovy drake came out of the pen this morning with a little bit of something around one of his eyes. It looks like spit. Really. Like bubbly saliva. Like someone spit in his eye. It's just a little ring of it, but it looks yukky. Does he have a cold? Should I be worried?

It's normal. They live in a dusty environment being so close to the ground.

Just make sure he has water to dunk his head.

I used to just hose off my ducks when they got that way.
