My Muscovy is huge!

Ok I know these Muscovys are big!...
Mine has just lost her fluff, assuming she is female because of her noise, no hissing like drakes.
Today I was at a pet store, and noticed their full grown breeding trio were so small compared to mine.. My lill girl is already bigger than full grown male!..
Does anybody know if Muscovys can vary in size? can it vary much?

I'm just gob smacked at my monster size birdy! she is so heavy and bulky to pick up.. shes not over weight, and she can run fast

With muscovies, usually the girls are much smaller (in build and weight) than any male, so maybe your girl duck is a boy drake?

Or maybe the male in the breeding trio was unusually smaller...my scovie drake didn't really get his 'hiss' til he got his cruncles much and had a squeak til then
