my new chicken coop

So I have a question. I have 12 Cornish x chickens....long story....they will be dinner soon and I'm going to get some RIR and buff Orpington chicken.

My coop is 4x8 and has 6 roosting boxes.

There will be a 8 ft by 20 foot run for them with a sand box.

Do I have enough room for 10 rir and 5 BO with one of the RIR being a too?

In your climate, I would modify the coop to a more open structure and enlarge the coop somewhat, then add the run. Here is a thread about coops for warmer weather areas and an excellent article on space for chickens:
