My new chicky baby flock....

It is my most favorite place to be too! My 8 ladies are so entertaining!

Visiting the girls is my mental health break as they are also near to my raised garden. I enjoy what I call "God time" (spending time and praying, meditating on His word.) The girls and my garden are my go to places to relax and reflect. With the world the way that it is it is refreshing to be out with nature.

Cheeeep therapy :p

Thank you for answering me and your opinion. I am thinking that she is a Wellsummer and not a speckled Sussex. She has a larger comb compared to the rest of the girls. The other hens tend to follow her which is cute. Ginger and one of my partridge rocks are the primary sitters on the roosting bar in the pen. I will attempt to get a closer picture of her and send it to you.

This is the closeup picture that I said that I would share. It was taken yesterday 7/27/20.
