My new flock

In Singapore, finding chickens for pets is an almost impossible task. There is barely a market for them and even if you find someone who is willing to sell, they range close to a hundred bucks per cluck. Fortunately, I found a lovely farmer who sold me a bantam rooster and chicken. Now I have 2 new friends for my girl who had sadly lost her Friend 2 months ago.

I am keeping them separate for the time being so they can get used to each other. BYC has been an invaluable source of information for me and I’ve learned so much over the past few weeks. Thanks everyone !

Glad you were able to find a couple more chickens! I had no idea they were so hard to find (or so expensive) in your part of the world.
