?? My new roo will he stick around if let out??

I bought a new Roo yesterday @ Croy Creek Trader Fair! I think he is a Barnyard. Anyway I generally let my girls out daily after they've laid there eggs which is about noon.

I did not let them out yesterday due to new roo. And today I am wondering if I should let them out or give him a day or 2. HE is taking to the 10 girls WELL LOL and being the only roo helps BUT I am still worried if I let him out he might wonder too far
BUT my girls are itchin to get out!


Am I being silly and over protective? LOL

Handsome devil. I`d give him at least 2 nights in the coop before I let him out. Three might be even better..........Pop

Like suggested another night or two would be best. When you do decide to let them out, maybe do it an hour or two before dusk. Maybe they won't wander too far, then return right back to the coop. I would be worried this soon that he may lead a few of the girls off somewhere else to roost.
