my new spring chicks

I have had chickens for about 3 years now we had a ver very bad winter and I lost few of my flock I have to hens left so I went to rural kings and got these little babies after they were a little older started getting feathers I introduced them to the hens one automatically went after them so of course I separated her but the other one hasn't even attempted to hurt them any idea why there's so much differences in their reacton to the babies?

The chicken who attacked was probaly affended by the younger one or, wanted to show her her place in the flock.
