my pallet coop-a work in progress....

Well, we scored a bunch of pallets and after starting to disassemble them I came up with an idea. I asked dh to build one using the pallets like building blocks. So far cost is about $150 and interior space is (2) 3' x 8' coops. I will be using this for the chicks I need to move out of my house and later for breeding coops, the run will be separated too.

he was going to use full size for the outside walls but I wanted to keep cost down and keep it warm so I asked him to cut the pallets down.

Awesome! I have heard of Pallet coops, but you don't see many. I used some pallets for the wood.. not the whole pallets. Using the pallets themselves, as you did, would have been 100 times easier!
