My pekin duck ate a ball

They have crops. Where did you read that they don"t?

I cannot remember the sites it was three of them. They said they don't have a true crop like a chicken.

It might be a different size/shape, but it's there. Please show me a site that says it's not... Since you found three, it should be easy enough, right?

I am talking to a vet on the computer hopefully they can help me. I am not trying to argue I just do not want to lose my duck, he is like my child.

Kind of they basically told me if it was obstructing his breathing to take him to the vet but he is breathing fine. Actually he is acting fine, pooping fine eating fine. I just don't want it to get stuck somewhere if it is a ball and causing problems. That is why I gave him mineral oil. But unless it has broken down I have not found it in his poop. I noticed when I was looking in the duck house that there was blue in one of my ducks poop and seeings I only have two I kind of suspected it might be coloring off the ball but I can't be sure.

I also talked to a Dr. at Pennsylvania University that specializes in Poultry and they told me the ball should pass and that I should keep giving him the mineral oil until it does.

Then here is your answer. Take him to a vet.

People have all sorts of views on their birds and how they treat (or not) problems. If you feel this way about yours, then you definitely need to find him veterinary care.
