My 3 polish chicks are now about 9 weeks old, the entire time they were in the brooder they acted scared to death of me, I'd feed them, you thought I was gonna kill them! Wouldn't let you hold them, that was a big not gonna happen... But now, I have them outside in a temporary coop, and when I go out the run to the front of the run, and even enjoy being petted! I love it! I just wonder why it took so long!
