My porch

What will deter my chickens from coming onto the porch and sitting on my rocker? Moth balls??? Anything??????

A chicken run! And letting them out a few hours before dusk to free-range will keep their little brains focused on getting as much grass and bugs into their crops before bedtime, no lazing about on your porch.

Try making tape loops and sticking them on the back, arms and seat of the rocker- use painter's tape so it won't rip off feathers, that would be my suggestion... of course, you'll have to forgo using the chair for the time being.

Removing the rocker would be the only thing that works

My chickens favorite hangout/poop spot is the front steps .... I tried different things but so far nothing works. I think I give up
