My pullet has no balance

My Ancona pullet, Probably about 4 months old has no balance. I noticed it about an hour ago, she was sitting down not walking at all, so I brought her out to check if she had any injuries, none. She can walk but she always falls over, she doesn’t act sick at all. She is singing, pecking and trying to act like a normal chicken. As I’m writing this she’s sitting on my lap not moving an inch, which is abnormal for her. Like I said before she’s acting completely normal. I’ll try to post a video or something. If you have any idea what could be wrong with her please tell me. I thought maybe she could be deficient in something.

It's possibly a vitamin deficiency. I always get when they need D, E, and B's mixed up, I had a pullet with bad balance issues this spring and I gave her a B Complex vitamin and a 400IU vitamin E each day, some egg yolk as a selenium source and I did some vitamin D3 as well, but mainly the E and B Complex.
