my pullet seems sick

my pullet is about 13 weeks old she has been fine all day till little while ago.she will either stand or sit with eyes closed.could it be she is sleepy or is she sick.i am new to chickens. so I don't now what to check for any help would be great.the rest of flock is ok.

sometimes coccidosis causes them to be very sleepy ruffled feathers lethargic. sometimes it cause's bloody poo sometimes not. you might want to look up coccidosis and see if symptoms match to you keeping in mind bloody poo is not always present. you can treat with corid from the feed store if you agree that's what she might have. corid kills all 9 strains of cocci. hope this helps and good luck

I had a silkie chick that was constantly sleeping from when I brought it home from Tractor Supply. It died about a month ago, but I wonder if it was coccidosis. I never noticed any blood, but it was alllllways sleepy. It would fall asleep in my hand and would constantly try to bury itself under the other chickens. One day, I figured it was sleeping and buried under the others as usual, but I picked it up and it was dead. The other two chicks and duckling seemed fine. Since then, the duckling and one chick were killed by a dog that a friend brought over, and now I have one chick (I mean, I have others, but one from this batch I got from Tractor Supply). She is growing normally, and loves me. She seems 100% normal. Think she's okay?
