My quail is under the weather..help

Actually, I'm a bit worried that he looks as healthy as he does, yet seems too uncoordinated to eat a meal worm.
You could be lucky that it's just a boinking injury affecting his balance, but usually the birds look less healthy somehow when that's the case.. The fact that he looks as good as he does, kind of makes me think the issue could come from the inside rather than from the outside and that could be more serious. Healing an injury is not a big deal, but if it's some kind of disease it could be a completely different case.. Anyway, it seems you are doing the right thing keeping him inside and separated for now. But definitely keep an eye on his condition so you'll know if it gets better or worse.
I got some electrolytes with probiotics put it in his water he drank some water and then he started eating his mushy food

It depends on how serious it is, but as he already seems to be getting better it shouldn't be more than a few days before he's almost normal again.
Be aware though, that you might not be able to just put him back with the others. Once he's been separated, he's the 'new guy' in the cage. Even if they can probably still recognize him, the other roos are likely to take the opportunity to try to kick him back out of the cage. Even the hens might be after him - in particular if he's still not completely well.
3 roos for 9 hens is a bit much anyway and multiple males in a cage rarely works long term, so if I were you I'd think of a way to separate them - and/or perhaps cull 1-2 roos.
