My Roo needs a HEN!!!!

Looking for a HEN Silkie and or Sizzle or a mix of the two!! Blue is my favorite of the colors!!! I am South West Lower MI. I am open to other colors too, just not white!!! My roo needs a girlfriend, he is spoiled, and needs a Partner, so they can chill together I pet him and hold him all the time, he is my baby even though he is 2 years old <3

No problem post on the Michigan AND Indiana threads. I don't know about bantam roos but, the average rooster can handle 10 hens. If they have less they tend to overbreed and damage the hens they do have. I would think your roo would be after one hen all the time, unless she had a hideout. Silkies and seramas tend to go broody (want to sit on eggs and hatch them). You also might try posting on the "Silkie thread," and "American Serama" thread - for best advice and maybe birds for sale.

If you aren't after eggs (as you only have a roo I wondered) you can just get another roo too. Without girls they won't argue and then you can just keep a couple without the overbreeding thing being a problem.
